The Role

Were looking for a skilled and creative Multimedia Artist to join our Marketing Team and help bring our brand stories to life. Youll be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content that resonates with our audience. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical excellence with creative vision and thrives in producing professional content for a premium brand.

What You’ll Do

• Video Production & Editing: Edit and produce engaging video content for various marketing channels including social media, website, email campaigns, and sales presentations.
• Post-Production Excellence: Handle all aspects of post-production including cutting, color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• B2B Content Creation: Create professional video content tailored for B2B audiences, including product demos, customer testimonials, case studies, educational content, and thought leadership pieces.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content aligns with our premium brand aesthetic and maintains consistency across all platforms.
• Multi-Platform Optimization: Format and optimize videos for different platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, website) while maintaining quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets business objectives.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain video libraries, footage archives, and project files for efficient workflow.
• Trendspotting: Stay current with video editing trends, techniques, and best practices in B2B marketing.
• Work Schedule: This is a full-time, on-site role with standard working hours, with occasional flexibility to meet project deadlines.

Who You Are

• Experience: 1+ year of professional video editing experience, specifically working with B2B companies or in the SaaS/technology sector.
• Technical Expertise: Highly proficient in Adobe Suite and CapCut, with strong command of their advanced features and capabilities.
• Creative Vision: Strong storytelling ability with an eye for composition, pacing, color, and design that elevates content beyond basic editing.
• Portfolio Required: Must provide a portfolio showcasing B2B video work, particularly content created for professional or corporate audiences.
• B2B Understanding: Proven ability to create content that speaks to business decision-makers and demonstrates ROI-focused messaging.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to delivering polished, high-quality final products.
• Efficient Workflow: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Location: Must be based in Manila and willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
