Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC with the role of Marketing Officer.

As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, execution, and assessment of auto and home loan marketing programs. The role supports the generation of new loan bookings and fosters stronger relationships with auto manufacturers, dealers, developers, and other partners through special programs that drive revenue growth and income for the Bank.

What The Role Will Entail

• Conceptualize, prepare, and formulate auto and home loan marketing program proposals, and execute approved programs within agreed timelines
• Coordinate with other Bank units to effectively implement secured loans marketing programs
• Prepare proposals and agreements with external partners based on approved program designs
• Conduct orientations and briefings on secured loan programs for relevant frontliners and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate, organize, and launch events with/for external partners and/or customers
• Manage the Secured Loans budget aligned with operational efficiency metrics, preparing and endorsing payment requests within agreed turnaround times for official expenses, business partners, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements under AML laws, BSP circulars, and the Banks MLPP
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing-related officer role
• Strong competencies in marketing, business development, project/program management, product and budget management, data analysis, and strategic planning
