Learning and Development Lead

The Learning & Development Lead directs all Business-line related knowledge capabilities. This includes oversight on analysis, review, development and execution of programs, standards and strategies.

What this job involves:

Responsibilities:

• Review the Business line’s current Training systems
• Initiate Training Needs Analysis to identify the training requirements
• Bench mark, introduce procedures and workflows, introduce and measure performance across business functions to ensure consistency across customer experience
• Develop measurement system to monitor, track and reward team members
• Develop tools to measure contract performance, develop dashboards and reports for business consumption
• Work closely with Operations leadership and provide oversight for day-to-day operations
• Conduct regular audits to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy
• Develop and implement a standard governance framework
• Lead projects as may be assigned, and ensure that milestones are met
• Work with Global Lean Six Sigma team for the process improvement initiatives for the business
  
  

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a related field is required for this position
• Project Management experience needed
• Background in ISO certification, QMS, Six Sigma is preferred
• Willing to work on shifting/rotating schedules
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
