Implementation Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

As an Implementation Specialist, you will lead professional services engagements with our clients and partners, including implementations, training, conversions, data setup and other billable services. Through needs assessment and detailed project planning, the Implementation Specialist will develop strong business partnerships with customers by functioning as a system expert, successfully onboarding clients and completing projects on-time and within budget

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIE

• S:Implement a coordinated project plan to manage successful client implementations, conversions and other professional service engagements across the Lone Wolf platform sui
• teProvide product training, pre-sales and post-sales application related activities and escalated application support in accordance with internal guidelines and policies for the Lone Wolf platform sui
• tePerform thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering activiti
• esProvide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and ris
• ksWork directly with key client leads to provide expertise around software configurati
• onUse expertise of Lone Wolf software and customer environments to consult agencies on best practic
• esWork closely with the Business Solutions Consultant team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to feature adoption and utilizati
• onProvide clear guidance around data extracts from the Lone Wolf application so clients can take advantage of third-party AP
• IsTrack project work to ensure implementations are progressing on-time and within budg
