The Growth Manager is a strategic, data-informed, and user-first role focused on driving sustainable growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.

You’ll shape user behavior and build digital habits by designing experiences people return to, fostering repeat usage and deepening their connection with the product.

At Globe Telecom, you’ll work cross-functionally to spot friction points, run experiments, and scale strategies that drive lasting value—for both the user and the business.

  • Drive sustainable user growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization by designing experiences that shape behavior and create lasting digital habits.
  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies across digital, owned, and partner channels—targeting high-potential segments and aligning with brand and performance efforts.
  • Lead onboarding and activation initiatives to deliver early product value, reduce drop-offs, and foster repeat usage across GlobeOne, GOMO apps
  • Partner with cross functional teams to design seamless user journeys and habit-forming loops that deepen engagement and retention.
  • Build re-engagement programs and churn-prevention strategies grounded in behavioral insights and lifecycle moments.
  • Identify and scale monetization opportunities, collaborating with internal and external partners to launch value-driven bundles, offers, and upsell flows.
  • Run continuous experiments across the customer journey, using data to inform hypotheses, validate ideas, and scale what works.
  • Leverage data and insights to translate user behavior into actionable strategies, working closely with data, product, and marketing teams to deliver real value.
