Role Overview

As our E-Commerce Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end operations of our online store. This is a part-time role with a base salary plus significant commission potential, ideal for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full e-commerce operation solo, no team, just you.
  • Manage Shopify and WooCommerce stores: product listings, inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.
  • Plan and execute strategies to scale online sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and optimize every aspect of the customer journey from browsing to post purchase.
  • Analyze data to improve net profit, not just revenue, and maximize profitability.
  • Identify new opportunities in the beauty e-commerce market.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience scaling e-commerce beauty brands.
  • Expert in Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • Comfortable managing all aspects of e-commerce independently.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills withentrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Proven track record of delivering results: not just a portfolio, but numbers. We want evidence of success, e.g.:

“I started with £5,000 monthly revenue and grew it to £50,000 net profit in 12 months for Brand X.”

“Increased conversion rate from 1.2% to 4.5%, generating £30,000 additional profit for Brand Y.”

Other Qualifications

  • Has internet speed minimum of 25 mbps and with own working laptop.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

  • Base Salary: ₱25,000 per month
  • Commission: ₱25,000 for every £1,000 of net profit generated

Example: Generate £10,000 in net profit → ₱250,000 commission

  • Huge earning potential for someone who can deliver results independently.
