About this opportunity:

We at Ericsson invite trailblazers to join our team as a Contract Manager. This distinct role offers an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for leading the contract negotiation process, forming alliances with our Customer Unit, Core 3 roles, and legal affairs. The Contract Manager also breathes life into our contract management lifecycle, opening possibilities for creativity and innovation.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and manage contract management tasks and activities throughout all stages - from qualification and proposal to negotiation and final contract execution.
• Formulate contractual strategies, executing them successfully through the creation and positioning of commercial value, long-term improvement of terms and conditions (from a commercial and legal standpoint), and the generation and protection of added sales and up-sell opportunities.
• Play an active role in securing our financial outcomes by focusing on margins, working capital, add-on sales, and upselling.
• Take ownership of contract governance, ensuring necessary approvals are obtained in a timely and efficient manner.
