Job Description
Build and lead the communications roadmap that strengthens awareness, engagement, and thought leadership for Intelligence and Digital Trust across internal and external audiences. Ensure all communications are strategically aligned, on-brand, consistent, and reflective of Globe's culture and values.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Communications & Editorial Leadership
Develop integrated communications strategies that support priorities across AI, Data, Cybersecurity, and Privacy.
Lead the development and writing of high-impact communications, including enterprise newsletters, executive messages, strategic announcements, speeches, thought leadership articles, campaign narratives, and other complex communications requiring advanced editorial expertise.
Translate complex business and technical initiatives into clear, audience-centric communications.
Serve as the editorial lead, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned across internal and external channels.
Develop messaging frameworks, campaign narratives, and communication plans that support organizational objectives.
Establish and maintain editorial standards, messaging guidelines, and communication frameworks that ensure consistency across all communications.
Internal & External Communications
Develop and oversee strategic communications supporting enterprise campaigns and organizational initiatives.
Lead the development of internal content including feature stories, newsletters, executive updates, and organizational communications.
Develop external thought leadership, media materials, executive speaking engagements, and industry positioning.
Ensure internal and external communications reinforce a unified narrative and Globe's strategic positioning.
Identify opportunities to amplify key initiatives through integrated communications across owned and earned channels.
Stakeholder & Brand Management
Build strong partnerships with all communications and business stakeholders.
Ensure all communications comply with Globe's brand standards, editorial guidelines, and communication policies.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in strategic communications, campaigns, corporate communications, or content strategy.
Demonstrated experience developing executive communications, organizational messaging, or thought leadership.
Experience working across internal and external communications is preferred.
Experience in technology, digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, or data communications is an advantage.
