What You’ll Do

You will take on meaningful responsibilities from Day 1, ranging from :

• Business Partnering: Work closely with Brand, Sales, Supply and Category teams to drive strategic decisions and commercial outcomes
• Category & Customer Finance: Lead financial analysis on pricing, promotions, mix, and customer investments
• Performance Management: Own business forecasting, financial planning, and results tracking against targets
• Decision Leadership: Provide data-driven insights to unlock growth opportunities and optimise profitability
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage business cases, innovation launches, and go-to-market strategies

• Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

• 2–7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Category Finance, Supply chain Finance, FP&A, or Business Finance
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer, or similarly dynamic industries is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial data
• Willing to work in either Taguig or Cabuyao
