Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Release & Delivery Management: Assist in managing client/product delivery and release schedules for projects, system changes, service requests, and mandatory releases in strict accordance with client SLAs.
• Software Configuration: Hands-on configuration of proprietary software systems developed by the company according to requirements documented or reviewed by the Platform Product Owner.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Review client/product requirements analysis and High-Level Test Cases to prepare, execute, and verify functional and regression test cases.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of contact (via email, teleconferencing, and on-site workshops) for the delivery of specific changes and software releases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise closely with Client Delivery, Technical, and Support teams to ensure seamless compliance with client business requirements and technical specifications.
• Data Analysis & Engineering: Evaluate large datasets in conjunction with the product to influence business decisions across departments. Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to develop core datasets that promote accurate product analysis.
• Implementation Support: Deliver software releases to clients, provide hands-on support during implementation, and lead on-site support, training sessions, or workshops as requested.

Job requirements

• Education: A University Degree in Business & IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL Language is required.
• QA & Testing: Deep familiarity with testing methodologies, test case execution, and verification with a sharp eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Client-Facing Capability: Proven ability to confidently facilitate both remote and face-to-face client workshops and meetings.
• Adaptability: Ability to perform effectively under pressure and deliver to tight SLAs while maintaining strict quality standards.
