The Human Resources function is vital to our business success, working closely with leaders, managers, and employees across the company. Our Human Resources Analyst Development Program (HRADP) is the premier entry-level program designed to accelerate your career as a future leader in Human Resources. Joining us means becoming part of a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team. The program equips you with the tools needed for success, including training, mentoring, access to subject matter experts, and high-impact projects that challenge and enhance your skills.
This 9-week internship serves as a talent pipeline for our full-time, 2-year rotational Human Resources Analyst Development Program.
The program offers comprehensive training, unique networking opportunities, and meaningful day-to-day work. Youll have the chance to apply your knowledge and make a significant impact while gaining hands-on experience supporting our various lines of business (Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial & Investment Banking) or our Corporate functions. Youll learn traditional Human Resource practices, including recruiting, talent development, compensation, and employee relations. Additionally, youll be immersed in cutting-edge HR capabilities, such as data literacy, design thinking, and other commercial skills.
Successful interns may receive an offer for the 2027 full-time Human Resources Analyst Development Program, gaining exposure to three different teams across the function.
Job Summary
As a Summer Analyst in the Human Resources Analyst Development Program, youll participate in a 9-week internship designed for top students pursuing a career in Human Resources.
