The Philippines’ Country Graduate Programme is looking for high-calibre and motivated individuals with leadership potential to join our team as a Country Graduate Trainee for the Year 2026 .

What To Expect

The programme is HSBC Philippines’ development tool aimed at honing potential managers over a 18-month period. During the course of the programme, participants will undergo on-the-job training, role rotation, mentoring, online and classroom learning sessions and will be assigned special projects aimed at Leadership and Team Skills Development. Supported by experienced managers, colleagues and a wide network of diverse peers, youll be encouraged to take on responsibility and bring new ideas to the table. You will be valued as an individual and for the contribution you make.

• This is a local programme and curriculum is different from the Global Graduate Programme.
  
  

Who can apply?

• To be considered for the programme:
• Top graduates or honors of Top Philippine Academic Institutions
• Graduated not longer than January 2025
• Be self-motivated with strong planning and organizing skills.
• Be creative, flexible, resilient and have the ability to think out of the box.
• Have well-developed communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Display high potential to grow and the willingness to take on new challenges.
