Job Summary

The Enablement and Support Officer is responsible for performing key business operations functions within the Digital Banking Division. The role supports procurement, budgeting, asset management, partner accreditation, and document processing activities. This officer also serves as backup for urgent team functions, contributes to process improvement, and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements. The role supports the division’s efficiency, readiness, and operational excellence.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES


Core Business Systems Support


• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities 
• Manage procurement process and coordinate resource allocation, covering from requisition and budget drawdown to asset management.
• Maintain accountability records for divisional assets.
• Prepare and track document transmittal requests.
• Perform partnership assessments and assist in vendor/partner accreditation processes.
• Ensure all operations adhere to health and safety regulations

• Provide backup for key Business Systems functions related to people support and governance 
during scheduled or emergency absences.
• Assist with tasks such as training request monitoring and documentation support

Process Development & Continuous Improvement


• Design, review, and improve business operations policies, processes, templates, and tools.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps and propose practical enhancements in line with 
best practices.
• Learn and apply the division’s core design and delivery principles in support activities.


Training & Team Enablement


• Conduct or support training sessions for Division team members on operational processes.
• Promote awareness and adherence to business systems protocols and values.
• Embody the Bank’s mission and vision and represent the Platform 11 identity in interactions.


Compliance & Risk Management


• Collaborate with internal partners to meet regulatory and bank policy requirements related to 
procurement, partner accreditation, budget, risk, and audit.
• Monitor and facilitate compliance across assigned processes.
• Escalate risks or issues related to compliance in a timely and proactive manner.


Other Duties


• Perform other operational and support tasks as may be assigned to contribute to the goals of the 
Business Systems Department and the Digital Banking Division.

 

QUALIFICATIONS


Required


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business support, operations, or administrative functions.
• Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and asset accountability processes.
• Basic understanding of operational compliance in financial or regulated environments.

 

Preferred


• Experience working in a banking, fintech, or large enterprise operations environment.
• Familiarity with internal systems for procurement and budget monitoring.
• Experience supporting audits or policy-driven documentation.
• Ability to make use of automation tools to support operations work


Additional Qualities


• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and collaborative; willing to take initiative and assist in cross-functional tasks.
• Able to manage multiple requests and deadlines with professionalism
