Position Title:  Automation and Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Developer to design, develop, and implement Desktop Process Automation (DPA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions enhanced with AI-driven capabilities. This role focuses on streamlining business processes, reducing manual effort, and improving decision-making through intelligent automation.

The ideal candidate is an expert in automation development with strong technical skills in C#, .NET, SQL (Azure), Power Platform, VBA, and has exposure to AI-enabled automation solutions within enterprise environments.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Automation & AI Development

• Design, develop, and deploy desktop and robotic process automation solutions
• Build scalable and maintainable RPA workflows and automation scripts
• Integrate AI capabilities such as document processing, data extraction, and intelligent decision-making
• Develop custom solutions using C# and .NET framework
• Create and maintain VBA Macros for Excel-based automation

Data, Integration & Intelligence

• Develop and optimize SQL queries using Azure SQL Database
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services
• Enable data-driven automation through analytics and insights

Low-Code / No-Code Development

• Build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Leverage AI Builder or cognitive services
• Combine RPA, AI, and Power Platform for end-to-end automation

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement
• Recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with business units to redesign workflows

Testing, Deployment & Monitoring

• Perform testing and support UAT
• Manage deployment and versioning
• Monitor automation performance
• Implement logging and exception handling

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements
• Implement access control and audit trails
• Maintain documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in RPA or Desktop Process Automation
• Strong skills in C#, .NET, SQL (Azure)
• Experience with Power Platform
• Experience with VBA Macro development
• Knowledge of REST/JSON APIs
• Exposure to AI-enabled automation is an advantage
