Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workpack Engineer to support one of our Australian clients in the engineering and construction sector.


This role is ideal for an engineer with strong multidisciplinary construction experience who can confidently develop and manage construction work packs, interpret technical drawings and specifications, and support procurement, testing, and project delivery activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update Construction Work Packs across structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical disciplines.
  • Prepare and maintain method statements and construction methodologies.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, standards, P&IDs, and isometric drawings.
  • Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTOs), quantity verification, assembly lists, and procurement lists.
  • Identify, prepare, and coordinate RFIs and technical queries, including support for shop detailing.
  • Prepare construction test packs for hydrotesting and service testing while ensuring compliance with quality procedures, client specifications, and ISO requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of Engineering and Construction experience.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment, including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and/or Instrumentation.
  • Proficient in Navisworks and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent English communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, morning shift)
