EY Job Description Job Summary: Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms. TS provides services to country, sub-area, area and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure. These services are delivered from our centres in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Kerala and Bangalore, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines. TS team delivers consistent, high-quality and operationally efficient HR transactional services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centres. Talent Operations TS supports specific Regions and acts as part of the extended Region Talent team. This role will support Talent Transformation projects in support of UKI Talent. Additionally, it will manage relevant procedures, ensure project execution, by coordinating activities, problem-solving, maintaining project plans, and ensuring smooth execution across workstreams. It works closely with stakeholders to track progress, support governance and reporting, and help drive clear communication. Sub Function: Talent Services – Talent Operations Reports to: Talent Operations Leader (Associate Director – 62)
It works in a fully integrated way with onshore colleagues participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team. The Team supports the Region in performing operational and administrative tasks to allow the onshore team to focus on consultative and strategic activities based on the priorities of the Region.
Essential Functions of the Job:
• Provide day-to-day coordination support across Talent Transformation projects, ensuring activities are tracked and delivered in line with agreed timelines and priorities
• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out, with clear oversight of tasks and deliverables
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates working closely with the PMO lead
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs, track progress, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams
• Support stakeholder communications by ensuring updates, actions, and key messages are shared clearly and consistently
• Build effective working relationships with Talent teams across countries and Service Lines to support smooth project delivery
• Maintain project governance artefacts, including status reports, action logs, and risk and issue trackers
• Support regular reporting cycles, ensuring progress, risks, and key updates are accurately captured and communicated
• Provide operational and administrative support across projects, ensuring strong organization and delivery discipline
• Assist in implementing solutions to address challenges and maintain project momentum
• Coordinate project meetings and workshops, including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials, and follow-ups
• Capture minutes, actions and decisions, ensuring they are tracked and delivered
• Support the delivery of change and communication activities, including preparing materials and tracking engagement
• Help ensure key messages are effectively cascaded across relevant stakeholder groups
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working within the team
• Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and quality of project delivery
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Good attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project tracking and reporting
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Confidence in interacting with different teams and following up on actions
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and supporting solutions
