Job Description

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Bridgetowne, Quezon City / Taguig City)

Shift: Night Shift Schedule

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years in college w/o back subjects
With minimum 6 months in BPO-TSR experience
Open for non-native speakers only
Good English and Spanish communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Giga/Taguig
Willing to work on night shift schedule

Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality support to Spanish and English-speaking customers.
Communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat.
Translating documents, videos, or materials for accuracy and context.
Managing projects or assisting with sales and marketing campaigns in Spanish.
Documenting customer interactions, complaints, or transactions in a CRM system.
