• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis for Service Operations and projects to support business objectives, profitability, and effective decision-making.
• Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, forecasts, business reviews, and financial analyses for local, regional, and management stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end service and project administration, including quotations, customer orders, service calls, sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, contract documentation, and project close-out activities.
• Oversee project financial management, including cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profitability analysis, budget utilization monitoring, and performance tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review, validate, and process operational and financial transactions, including customer orders, project costs, timesheets, expenses, service rates, allowances, invoices, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Service Engineers, Customers, Suppliers, and Regional Teams to support efficient project execution, resource utilization, and service delivery.
• Manage procurement and supplier administration activities, including purchase requests, subcontractor coordination, invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate operational, commercial, and financial records within company systems, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and effective documentation management.
• Support workforce planning and capability development through coordination of training, certifications, audits, coaching programs, competency management, resource allocation, and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with commercial agreements, company policies, financial controls, purchasing procedures, quality standards, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reporting effectiveness, financial controls, and administrative processes.
• Provide business, administrative, and operational support to management, including preparation of presentations, strategic analyses, recommendations, and other duties as assigned.

Your Profile You contribute

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in service administration, project administration, operations support, finance coordination, or similar roles.
• At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of SAP, SAP Business One, Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, and related business systems.
• Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and business requirements.
