Job Description

Basic Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelors – Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
Minimum RPA Tools Experience: ServiceNow, Genesys, Predictive intelligence, AI/ML/Azure, Python
Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus or preferred
Experience with SQL or .Net or Intelligent Automation (IA) are all pluses/preferred.
Minimum 4+ years experience as an Business Analyst is required
Master Certification on Any RPA tool is preferred
Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline creation
Good knowledge of *Automation*, *RPA*, and *AI* solutions
Exposure to platforms like *ServiceNow*, *Genesys*, Copilot, Power Platform and related tools
Strong *stakeholder management* and collaboration skills
Support in *proposal creation* and solution design
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver value
