Role Purpose:

The PR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing public relations, social media, and influencer engagement activities that strengthen brand visibility, corporate reputation, and consumer engagement across LUXASIA Philippines.

This role plays a key part in managing media relations, influencer partnerships, social media channels, and event activations while ensuring consistent brand storytelling and meaningful audience engagement. The position combines public relations, content coordination, KOL management, social media administration, and performance reporting.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

1. Public Relations and Media Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with media, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of PR initiatives, media launches, corporate announcements, and brand campaigns.
• Coordinate media invitations, press kits, and publicity materials.
• Monitor brand mentions, media coverage, and industry developments.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management activities when required.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain LUXASIA, LUXASIA Philippines, and Skinsmart social media accounts.
• Coordinate content calendars, post scheduling, and publishing activities across platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement and community interactions.
• Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Identify opportunities to improve audience reach and engagement.

3. KOL and Influencer Management

• Build, maintain, and regularly update the KOL and influencer database.
• Track influencer profiles, audience demographics, follower counts, engagement rates, and brand affiliations.
• Identify suitable influencers and content creators for campaigns and partnerships.
• Coordinate influencer seeding, collaborations, events, and campaign deliverables.
• Monitor and evaluate influencer campaign performance and effectiveness.

4. Event and Brand Activation Support

• Support PR activities during launches, media events, influencer gatherings, and corporate events.
• Coordinate logistics, guest management, invitations, and event communications.
• Ensure smooth execution of PR and influencer engagement activities during events.
• Gather event feedback and prepare post-event reports.

5. Reporting and Analytics

• Track and analyze social media performance, influencer effectiveness, and PR campaign results.
• Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, and earned media value where applicable.
• Prepare regular reports and insights for management and stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
• Stay updated on digital, social media, influencer, and beauty industry trends.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in Public Relations, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, or Marketing Communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and influencer partnerships.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation development.
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
