Position Title: Performance Management Partner
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
The Performance Management Partner is responsible for leading and coordinating NCC Group’s mid-year and end of year performance review processes including OKR’s. This role ensures that each cycle is planned, launched, communicated, monitored and completed effectively, with a strong focus on process governance, stakeholder engagement and data accuracy. Working closely with the people team, people managers, colleagues, GTS and Workday teams, the role oversees system setup, communications, timelines, issue resolution and reporting to deliver a smooth and consistent performance management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Summary
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the mid-year and end of year performance review cycles, ensuring clear governance, robust planning and timely execution.
- Develop and manage the annual performance process timetable, key milestones and launch activities.
- Partner with GTS and Workday teams to configure, test and launch performance review processes in Workday, ensuring workflows, eligibility rules, templates and deadlines are set correctly.
- Own the communication plan for each cycle, including drafting launch materials, manager guidance, employee communications, reminders, FAQs and key messages for the people team and key business stakeholders.
- Act as the central point of contact for performance review process queries, resolving issues or escalating them appropriately to relevant teams.
- Monitor cycle progress and completion rates throughout the review window, identifying risks, delays and areas requiring additional follow-up.
- Produce regular reporting and dashboards on completion statistics, status updates and key trends for people team leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Work with People Partners, People Services and business leaders to drive understanding of timelines, responsibilities and process requirements.
- Ensure data quality, process compliance and a consistent employee experience across the performance review cycle. ·
- Identify opportunities to improve the performance management process, documentation, reporting and user experience for future cycles.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What we are looking for in you
- Experience in HR operations, talent, performance management or a related people process role.
- Experience in a wider reward role including benefits compensation etc.
- Strong understanding of performance management cycles and annual review processes.
- Experience working with Workday, including process coordination, testing or system setup in partnership with technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders in a structured and organised way.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and effective process communications for different audiences.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience producing completion statistics and management updates.
- High attention to detail and a focus on process accuracy, governance and continuous improvement.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across HR, technology and business teams.
