*What you may be responsible for*
Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include:
* Receiving, reviewing, and entering customer or sales orders
* Checking product, pricing, quantity, delivery, and customer information
* Coordinating stock availability, fulfilment, dispatch, and delivery
* Preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation
* Monitoring orders and resolving delays, discrepancies, or incomplete information
* Communicating order status to customers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams
* Processing amendments, cancellations, returns, credits, or back orders
* Maintaining accurate records across CRM, ERP, and order-management systems
* Supporting sales, customer service, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams
* Meeting accuracy, turnaround-time, and service-level expectations
Requirements
*What we look for*
* Previous experience in order administration, sales support, customer service, logistics, supply chain, or a related function
* Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
* Clear written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and stakeholder requests
* Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
* Experience with ERP, CRM, inventory, or order-management platforms
* Exposure to international customers, suppliers, or supply chains is advantageous
