The Opportunity: 

ECI is seeking a Senior Recruiter who will be a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for technical, non-technical, and hard-to-fill positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, provide market intelligence, build talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality candidates that support ECIs growth objectives. The Senior Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process and drives continuous improvement in recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.

This is an Onsite role for employees commutable to ECIs Manila office.

What you will do:

Planning & Partnership

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing guidance on market trends, talent availability, and recruiting best practices.
• Lead intake meetings and develop effective recruiting strategies for assigned positions.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and recruiting challenges.

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment for technical, non-technical, and specialized positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing direct recruiting, referrals, networking, social media, Boolean search techniques, and professional organizations.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Utilize labor market data and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions.

Candidate Assessment & Selection

• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Provide objective candidate recommendations and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Lead offer preparation, negotiations, and candidate closing activities.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
• Promote ECIs employer brand to prospective candidates.
• Maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and referral sources.

Talent Acquisition Operations

• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Participate in recruiting projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.
• Share recruiting best practices and support less experienced recruiting team members as needed.

Who you are:

• A desire to be part of a high-growth, transformational company.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting and hard-to-fill positions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage 15 to 20 concurrent searches across varying levels of complexity and business priority.
• Proven ability to serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
• Exceptional sourcing skills with a track record of building talent networks and identifying top talent through creative and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Results-driven with a high standard of performance, accountability, and execution.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player who values respect, partnership, and shared success, while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews and leveraging recruiting technology, data, and market insights to drive hiring decisions.
