Fund Servicing Analyst

Job summary:

As a Fund Accounting Analyst in the Fund Servicing team, you support the accurate and timely delivery of daily net asset values by overseeing key steps in the production workflow and coordinating closely with global partners. You apply a controlled, deadline-driven approach to daily deliverables while responding to inquiries and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk.

Job responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely daily net asset values and respond to inquiries from internal business partners
• Monitor daily processing progress and follow up with global partners to support completion against agreed deadlines
• Partner with client service teams to research and resolve client inquiries, escalating issues when needed
• Follow documented procedures and controls to support high standards of accuracy and timeliness
• Perform daily oversight checks across the net asset value production workflow and investigate breaks or exceptions
• Support ad hoc tasks and projects, including process reviews and documentation updates
• Identify operational efficiencies and improvement opportunities to reduce risk and increase effectiveness
• Build and maintain working knowledge of assigned clients and their daily valuation and reporting needs

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 1 year of experience in fund accounting
• Ability to support time-sensitive daily production deliverables in an operations environment
• Ability to follow documented procedures and controls consistently, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with global stakeholders to resolve breaks, questions, and deadlines
• Ability to apply an organized, investigative approach to exceptions and reconciliations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Relevant coursework and/or internships in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Experience supporting daily net asset value production or similar time-sensitive financial processes
• Experience partnering with client-facing teams to resolve inquiries using documented investigation steps
• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting operational risk reduction initiatives
