Role Purpose

The Employee Experience Executive plays a vital role in attracting, engaging, and inspiring talents. Acting as a strategic business partner, this role focuses on enhancing employee experiences while driving meaningful contributions to the organization. By combining HR Generalist responsibilities with a tailored approach to departmental needs, the Employee Experience Executive fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers employees to thrive.

HR Business Partnering

Our approach emphasizes HR business partnering, where we collaborate closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives. We provide strategic HR advice and solutions to address team-specific challenges, ensuring that HR initiatives support and drive the overall success of the organization.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Support  

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews. 
  • Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain applicant tracking systems. 
  • Support the execution of employer branding initiatives and career events. 

2. Onboarding Coordination 

  • Facilitate onboarding logistics such as welcome kits, IT requests, access cards, and orientation schedules. 
  • Ensure new hire requirements (documents, contracts, etc.) are completed accurately and on time. 
  • Gather feedback from new hires to help improve the onboarding experience. 

3. Employee Engagement and Experience Support 

  • Provide assistance in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and surveys. 
  • Support data gathering and communication related to engagement initiatives. 
  • Help manage feedback tools and monitor participation levels. 

4. HR Operations & Administration 

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. 
  • Assist in generating HR reports and tracking key metrics. 
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. 

5. Learning and Development Support (as needed) 

  • Help coordinate training sessions, prepare materials, and gather feedback. 
  • Assist in tracking training attendance and post-training evaluations. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment
  • Strong coordination and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Effective communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented mindset 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, AI tools
