M&S Data Governance Manager

We’re looking for an M&S Data Governance Manager to help roll out JTI’s enterprise Data Governance Framework across Marketing & Sales, with a focus on Consumer, Customer, and Product data domains. In this role, you will support the development of trusted master data, improve data quality, and enable business-ready data services across the organization. 

You will work closely with Business and Digital & IT stakeholders to implement data governance standards, support data-related initiatives, and promote strong data management practices within JTI’s Marketing & Sales landscape.

As an M&S Data Governance Manager, in the area of Digital & IT you will: 

• Roll out the enterprise Data Governance Framework across assigned Marketing & Sales data domains, including Consumer, Customer, and Product data.
• Implement and maintain data governance standards, policies, and procedures within the delegated business areas.
• Support data quality, metadata, lineage, and master data governance initiatives to improve trust and usability of business data.
• Explore data governance best practices and evaluate tools, methods, and solutions that can strengthen governance capabilities.
• Collaborate with Business and Digital & IT stakeholders to embed data governance activities into business processes.
• Support the definition of As-Is and To-Be processes related to data governance implementation.
• Train and support stakeholders on JTI data governance practices, standards, and ways of working.
• Manage data governance tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
