Job Description

Outsourcey is building a priority talent pipeline of accurate and dependable finance professionals for current and upcoming opportunities supporting our international clients.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience across bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, and other transactional finance activities.

*What you may be responsible for*

Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include:

* Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions

* Processing supplier invoices, payments, expense claims, and purchase orders

* Preparing customer invoices and monitoring outstanding accounts

* Performing bank, balance-sheet, and account reconciliations

* Supporting payroll preparation and employee-related transactions

* Maintaining ledgers, finance records, and supporting documentation

* Investigating discrepancies and following up on outstanding items

* Assisting with month-end reporting and audit requirements

* Communicating with clients, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders

* Following financial controls, approval processes, and client procedures

Requirements

*What we look for*

* Relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, or finance operations

* Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

* Working knowledge of accounting principles and transactional controls

* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

* Experience with accounting or ERP platforms such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems

* Ability to investigate discrepancies and manage deadlines

* Clear written and verbal English communication skills

* Experience supporting Australian, New Zealand, UK, US, or other international businesses is advantageous
