The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an APAC Logistics Analyst within Global Logistics, you will collaborate with diverse teams to support regional logistics operations. In this role, you will help ensure smooth order and transportation execution while contributing to the successful transfer and continuity of logistics activities.

 

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Resolve transportation and order-related issues by coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and regional stakeholders.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and follow up on exceptions to support timely and reliable logistics operations.
• Supporting order execution and maintaining clear, accurate status updates for stakeholders.
• Identifying recurring issues and supporting practical improvements to regional logistics execution.

 

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics operations, transportation, order management, shipment tracking, customer service
• Fluent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across APAC.

 

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge of APAC logistics processes and experience supporting operational transitions or knowledge-transfer activities.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritisation, time management, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.
