Hybrid set-up (2x WFH, 3x RTO/week) | BGC, Taguig

Were looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our clients team. Youll design, build, and maintain scalable AWS-based infrastructure platforms, with a strong programming background and hands-on experience delivering cloud-based solutions using AI technologies.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure solutions meeting business and technical requirements

• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using AWS CDK and Terraform

• Build scalable applications and services using Python, React.js, and JavaScript

• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver effective technical solutions

• Support continuous improvement of cloud platforms - performance, reliability, and operational efficiency

• Contribute to solution design discussions and technical standards

• Investigate and resolve technical issues across cloud environments

• Share knowledge and support less experienced team members

• Follow established SDLC, security, and AI governance frameworks

• Stay current with cloud computing, distributed systems, and generative AI developments

Essential Requirements

• Strong AWS experience - cloud infrastructure and automation

• Experience building and supporting cloud-native applications and services

• Infrastructure as Code - Terraform and/or AWS CDK

• Experience with AI technologies and services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock)

• Modern engineering practices - TDD, CI/CD, source control

• Hands-on Python and JavaScript/TypeScript

• Front-end frameworks - React or Angular

• Understanding of cloud security, resilience, and operational best practices

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Desirable

• AWS certifications (Developer Associate, AI Practitioner, or Solutions Architect Associate)

• Automated testing frameworks and QA practices

• AI-assisted development tools and workflows

• Integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and data sources

• Observability and monitoring tools

• Containerisation and modern deployment practices
