Ideal Candidate Profile

What Youll Bring (Experience)

• 5+ years of end-to-end experience managing corporate, partner, or large-scale events

• 4+ years of experience in event marketing, promotions, planning, logistics, and on-site operations

• Proven experience in event budgeting, vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost control with strong ability to manage multiple events, stakeholders, and deadlines

• Proficient in event platforms/tools for registration, ticketing, CRM, and analytics

• Experience collaborating with marketing teams on event branding and promotional materials

• Knowledge of ISMS, data privacy, and secure attendee/lead data handling

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends, and on a rotating dayshift schedule

• Amenable to onsite work at BGC and supporting events across all TGT sites

Your Impact Starts Here

• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, from concept and budgeting to post-event evaluation.

• Manage the annual events calendar, objectives, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.

• Collaborate with Marketing/Studio, Channel, and key stakeholders on event concepts, branding, campaigns, and promotions.

• Oversee vendors, venues, contracts, production, logistics, AV, catering, and other event requirements.

• Lead the events team, ensuring clear ownership, quality, and timely delivery.

• Manage on-site operations, guest experience, VIP handling, and event contingencies.

• Ensure compliance, data privacy, health, safety, security, and risk management standards are met.

• Analyze attendance, engagement, feedback, and ROI to identify insights and improve future events.
