Responsibilities

• Ensure that all floral displays are on-brand and meet the company's aesthetic guidelines.
• Manage daily shop operations, including restocking, ordering supplies, and inventory management.
• Stay informed on floral trends to incorporate innovative techniques and designs.
• Collaborate with event planners and decorators for large corporate and private events.
• Handle bouquets, vases, and other flower arrangements with care and precision.
• Monitor flower care and maintenance to prolong the life and quality of arrangements.
• Train and manage junior florists and assistants to ensure quality production.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Track sales and manage retail display to attract customers and increase revenue.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a florist or similar creative role within the industry.
• Strong knowledge of flower variety, care, and arrangement techniques essential.
• Exceptional design skills, with an eye for color, balance, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse client base.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
