Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR, SCM, or operations management roles.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams successfully.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset for complex scenarios.
