Job Summary

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness in assigned areas. The role ensures that facilities are clean, safe, and comfortable for guests, employees, and visitors while following company standards and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize assigned rooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
Properly dispose of trash and maintain waste segregation procedures.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools safely and efficiently.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
Assist in deep cleaning activities and special cleaning projects when needed.
Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests and employees.
Assists in monitoring attendance, performance, and administrative concerns of team members under third-party manpower agencies.
