Job Overview

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences, high-quality service, and profitable operations. This role involves managing restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and special events while maintaining brand standards, cost controls, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service at all times
• Develop and implement menus in coordination with the Head Chef
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise food and beverage staff
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally and promptly
• Control food and beverage costs, inventory, and wastage
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
• Coordinate and oversee banquets, conferences, and special events
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
