YOUR NEW ROLE

Sitting within the Digital Marketing team, the UX Designer leads the strategy behind exceptional, industry-leading user experiences across Sydney Opera Houses marketing channels. The role transforms complex user insights into intuitive digital journeys, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions that are seamless, engaging and continuously improving. The ideal candidate is a champion of human-centred design, with the expertise to balance user needs against business objectives and the influence to bring stakeholders and teams along the way.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

Key skills:



  • Demonstrated 4 - 6 years experience practicing human-centred design principles and research methodologies in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and email design projects.


  • Proficiency in interface design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and experience with design token integrated workflows.


  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and understanding of HTML/CSS.


  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


  • Understanding of email marketing best practices.
