As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Mode Kitchen & Bar, you won’t just be serving food – you’ll be creating moments of joy, delight, and connection. Whether youre greeting guests with a smile, serving exquisite dishes, or contributing to special events, you’ll play a vital role in making every dining experience truly memorable. Your energy, enthusiasm, and dedication will leave a lasting impression, ensuring that our guests feel valued, cared for, and eager to return.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable dining experience
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist guests with menu recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, bar, and service areas
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak times
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including food, beverages, and wine offerings
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations
• Support with special events, functions, and large bookings when required
  
  

• Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not essential)
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
