Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle across all roles, from briefing hiring managers through to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach to build strong pipelines across Workday, Data & Analytics, program, and payroll consulting roles.
- Conduct screening calls and competency-based interviews, providing structured assessments and shortlists to hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, workforce needs, and provide market and salary insights.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates within the Workday, Data & Analytics, and payroll technology ecosystem through proactive engagement.
- Champion the Mivada employer brand across careers content, social media, candidate communications, and external events.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with employment legislation and best-practice EDI standards.
People Operations & Induction
- Design and continuously improve a structured induction programme that supports fast and effective onboarding.
- Coordinate pre-boarding logistics including contracts, IT setup, system access, and welcome materials.
- Deliver Day 1 and Week 1 orientation covering company values, tools, policies, and team introductions.
- Act as the main point of contact for new joiners during their first 90 days, conducting check-ins and improving the experience.
- Manage background checks and employment verification processes.
- Work with hiring managers to create tailored induction plans for each new joiner.
- Maintain accurate HR records within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Support broader People Operations initiatives including policy updates, engagement activities, and HR projects.
Requirements
Essential
5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally within technology consulting, SaaS, or professional services environments.
Proven experience hiring for niche or specialist roles, particularly within HR technology, Workday, or enterprise software.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers at all levels.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proficiency with Workday ATS (or comparable applicant tracking systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-first mindset and confidence representing Mivada externally.
Solid understanding of local employment law as it relates to recruitment and onboarding.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
Desirable
Experience within a boutique consultancy or scaling business environment.
Familiarity with Workday HCM, payroll systems, or Data & Analytics platforms.
Experience designing or delivering onboarding and induction programmes.
Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent analytics.
Experience with campus recruitment, university partnerships, or early careers programmes.
Experience recruiting across multiple geographies, particularly Australia, India, and the United States, with understanding of regional talent markets and hiring practices.
