Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Leasing and Tenant Acquisition to lead our retail and commercial leasing operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving overall leasing performance, developing tenant acquisition strategies, and building a strong, sustainable tenant mix that enhances asset value and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the leasing and tenant acquisition team
• Develop and execute overall leasing strategies for retail and commercial properties
• Define tenant mix strategy aligned with business goals and market demand
• Drive occupancy targets, revenue growth, and portfolio performance
• Establish and maintain relationships with key retail brands, corporate tenants, and brokers
• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and major deals
• Analyze market trends, competitor developments, and consumer behavior
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and property management teams
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide coaching and mentorship
• Prepare executive reports and present leasing performance to senior management
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
• At least 8–12 years of experience in retail/commercial leasing, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong network within national and regional retail brands, F&B operators, and commercial tenants
• Proven track record of successfully leading leasing teams and achieving high occupancy rates
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• In-depth knowledge of retail and commercial real estate market in Tarlac and nearby regions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and leasing/CRM systems
