Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing ideas, concepts, and process flows for the heterogeneous integration of thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) on silicon platform.
  • Manage projects that increase the value delivered to both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate closely with design, process module and fab engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and define action plans that enable project progress.
  • Analyze the impact of process variables on device performance by evaluating in-line and off-line data and provide guidance for device development.
  • Communicate results effectively through clear technical reports and presentations.

Job Requirements

  • Hold a PhD in science or engineering (or an equivalent qualification), preferably with a focus on semiconductor device development.
  • Experience in semiconductor processing or integration, familiarity in lithium niobate modulators or heterogeneous integration is a strong advantage.
  • Skills in design of experiments and data-driven decision-making are highly valued.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • For senior-level roles, a minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor device design or process integration is required.
