Job Description

CT Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to join our Singapore office.

CT Group is a leading research, intelligence and campaigns firm with 120 professionals globally and annual revenues of circa £40m. Operating in high-stakes, high-impact environments, we specialise in solving complex business and communications challenges. Our work shapes critical decisions that drive organisational success and societal impact.

As we integrate our Singapore office with the broader APAC region, this is an exciting opportunity for an operations professional to play a central role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and is positioned for growth. Reporting to the Singapore Office Lead, with a dotted line to the Head of Operations in Australia, you will be the operational backbone of our Singapore presence.

Key responsibilities

This is a broad and varied role spanning office operations, administration, people support, business development, and IT coordination. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplier relationships, and leasing arrangements.
  • Overseeing document and records management in line with APAC protocols.
  • Supporting client onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Tracking contractor contracts and costs, managing expense claims, and supporting finance administration.
  • Coordinating staff onboarding and offboarding, diary management across time zones, and travel arrangements.
  • Providing support to marketing and business development activities, including HubSpot reporting and event coordination.
  • Liaising with IT support to ensure Singapore systems align with Group standards.
  • Preparing reports, meeting materials, and facilitating communication between Singapore and the broader APAC and global business.

Skills

The successful candidate will be a highly organised operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment. You will bring:

  • Experience in operations management, office management, or a combined EA/operations role — ideally within professional services
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to manage complex diaries and coordinate international travel for senior stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of finance administration and compliance processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across time zones and diverse teams
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and expense management platforms (e.g. ProSpend) an advantage
  • The candidate must possess the right to work in Singapore

What we offer

We offer the opportunity to work with a strong and established client base within a globally connected team. You will be part of a collaborative, results-driven culture built on our core values of loyalty, teamwork, integrity, commitment, freedom, discretion, and respect. We provide a range of benefits and genuine opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and expanding business.

If you are a reliable and adaptable operations professional ready to make a real impact in a growing office, we would love to hear from you. To apply, please submit your CV and a covering letter to careers@ctgroup.com.
