HEPMIL - SGAG and HEPMIL Creator’s Network (HCN), is home to one of the fastest growing content and creator businesses locally. We exist to Make Every Singaporean’s Day a Better One through the endless funny memes and videos on SGAG and by empowering the next generation of content creators through HCN.

Join our innovative team as a Client Success Executive, where you will bridge brands, in-house creatives, and content creators to deliver impactful paid social campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our creative teams and our creators from HEPMIL Creators Network (HCN) to craft compelling branded content, pitch to esteemed brands, execute high-performing campaigns, and drive exceptional client outcomes.

This is a 1-year contract position, subject to renewal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creator & Creative Liaison: Forge meaningful collaborations with creators (HEPMIL Creators Network) and in-house creative teams (SGAG) as a primary point of contact, ensuring crystal-clear communication, seamless proposal facilitation, and timely submission of deliverables, including overseeing creative development and content production.
• Creative Collaboration: Join forces with in-house creatives (SGAG) and creators (HEPMIL Creators Network) to craft compelling pitches that resonate with clients’ campaign objectives.
• Client Servicing: Elevate client satisfaction through strategic proposals, on-point execution, insightful campaign reports, and exceptional campaign performance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Possess 1-3 years of Client Account Servicing experience within media, PR or digital agencies.
• Avid consumer of social branded content and passionate about redefining branded content possibilities.
• Exhibit a keen understanding of consumer trends on social media, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong presentation, analytical and business-judgement skills
• Strong team player with exceptional communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities, skillfully navigating demanding timelines
