Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Business Managers and employees for implementation of HR policies and activities.
• Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies such as talent management and sourcing, L&D, C&B, Performance Management, etc. as necessary.
• Guide the HR Ops Specialist in achieving the delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR processes and policies.
• Analyze and understand market competitiveness and trends in HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements.
• Enhance site awareness and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements/regulations.
• Partner with Site EE Champions in the implementation of employee engagement activities in line with the EOS and GPTW
• Ensure completion training (onboarding, ojt, refresher, mandatory and certified)
• Support site operational requirements related to HR matters.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or any related program
• Experience in warehouse and logistics industry is an advantage
• Experience in all facets of Human Resource
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
• Amenable to work onsite in Silang, Maguyam, Cavite
