The Position

This position is responsible for extracting strategic value from Roche’s multi-dimensional data assets (including finance data, sales data, CRM, Event data,Market Dynamics, and external sources). The primary objective is to lead the design and iteration of data products or AI Agents, reconstruct internal data workflows utilizing AI tools, and resolve complex business challenges through advanced data mining. The role will lead the technical transition from descriptive analytics to predictive and prescriptive analytics, ensuring that data-driven evidence supports enterprise-level decision-making.

Principle Roles & Responsibilities
AI Agent Data Product Design & Iteration

• Lead the requirements analysis, architecture design, and business logic construction for intelligent agent products tailored for the Field Force
• Consolidate business feedback and multi-source data to continuously optimize the Agents algorithmic logic and user interaction
  
  

Advanced Data Mining & Business Insights

• Utilize advanced statistical methods (e.g., Machine Learning, Time-Series Forecasting, Feature Engineering) to mine vast internal and external datasets for potential growth opportunities and operational risks, providing actionable strategic recommendations to executive management
  
  

AI-Assisted Development & Process Automation

• AI-Assisted Programming: Utilize AI tools and LLM frameworks to accelerate algorithm prototyping, automate code debugging, and optimize data processing pipelines
• Comprehensively reconstruct the data teams existing workflows utilizing AI applications (e.g., AI-assisted programming, automated data cleaning tools, intelligent analysis plugins) to automate data processing, code generation, and report delivery, thereby significantly multiplying the teams operational efficiency
  
  
  

Qualification And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in big data analysis, data/AI product management, or AI application development

• AI & Tool Utilization: High proficiency and active interest in AI technologies. Expert in Prompt Engineering with a proven track record of utilizing AI tools or Agent frameworks to solve practical, complex business problems
• Strong Business Sense: Ability to rapidly comprehend diverse business models and profitability logic. Possesses the analytical mindset required to translate quantitative data metrics into actionable commercial strategies
• Exceptional Communication: Capable of seamlessly switching between highly technical terminology and accessible business language to effectively influence cross-functional executives
• Ownership & Drive: A proactive self-starter who pushes for excellence and takes full responsibility for the business impact of their work, driving projects from conceptualization to final delivery
• The "Agile" Mindset: Highly adaptable with a fast learning curve; able to master a new business domain or technical tool independently to solve problems
