Your Role And Responsibilities

• Set up and update incoming & final inspection related instruction and give training to inspectors.
• Coordinate components and process quality issues handling, facilitate internal & external quality improvement through quality data statistic, analysis.
• Involve in the NPI project and new supplier, new components/material develop project for quality planning and control.
• Responsible for investigation for customer complaints, lead corrective action setting up and following.
• Involve in internal & external audit and follow the implementation of corrective actions.
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering, electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 2 years working experience of quality control in manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge and experience in ISO9001:2000 and Lean 6 Sigma. ISO/TS16949 is preferred.
• Good experience in problem solving and capable of leading
• Familiar with office software operation and CAD
• Communicate effectively, Commitment to excellence, Flexibility and self-learning, Problem solving, Teamwork, Technical orientation
• Excellent written and oral English ability
