We operate in a high-performance, multi-client environment and are seeking a Senior Accountant who can hit the ground running and operate with confidence, accuracy, and ownership.

Position Overview

This is a high-impact, client-facing role supporting multiple U.S.-based clients simultaneously. You will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities.

This is not a transactional or single-client role—you must be comfortable managing competing priorities, switching between industries, and owning deadlines daily.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Client Accounting & Close

Own and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple clients

Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Perform variance analysis and deliver actionable insights

General Ledger & Reconciliations

Perform and review bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations

Maintain clean, audit-ready general ledgers

Manage accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and complex journal entries

AP/AR & Operations

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

Support revenue recognition, WIP, inventory accounting (as applicable)

Industry Experience (Preferred But Not Required)

Real Estate (property-level accounting, cash management)

Healthcare (revenue tracking, compliance)

E-Commerce (inventory, Shopify/Amazon)

Manufacturing (cost accounting, job costing)

Tax & Payroll Oversight

Support sales & use tax, property tax, and compliance filings

Coordinate with U.S.-based CPAs

Oversee payroll processes (941s, W-2s, state filings)

Client Communication & Leadership

Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients via Zoom, phone, and email

Present financials clearly and confidently

Participate in problem-solving and advisory discussions

Process Improvement & Leadership

Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements

Build and document SOPs

Review junior staff work and provide mentorship

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience

Strong experience working with U.S.-based companies or firms

Background in multi-client or public accounting environments strongly preferred

Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP

Ability to stay in the role long-term

CPA (U.S., PH, or equivalent) is a plus

Advanced QuickBooks Online (required)

Xero / NetSuite (plus)

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)

Experience with cloud tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
