IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager With The Following Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct project team to ensure successful implementation of project on time and within the agreed scope and budget.
• Lead and direct projects classified as standard to medium.
• Engage with the Business users and the technical team members directly and manage all aspects of the project.
• Track project financial
• Manage vendors and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of program activities.
• Develop and manage scope, quality, costs and schedules.
• Oversee to ensure quality of deliverables
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones, deliverables and benefits per plan
• Identify risk and manage mitigation measures.
• Ensure timely escalation of project risks, issues & change requests for guidance and decision where necessary.
• Ensure proper facilities and resources are available within the project.
• Monitor progress and provide guidance to project team member where necessary
• Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate project progress and statuses to Management & project team on a regular and timely basis
• Ensure compliance to all processes, audit and risk matters in the execution of IT Projects.
• Manage the monthly reporting and status updates, as and when needed to Group Project Management
