At Amazon were working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. As a part of our efforts to expand OneMedical, we are looking for a sourcing recruiter to join our Clinical recruiting team.
As a member of the Clinical Recruiting team you will partner with clinical leaders to hire providers who deliver exceptional care to our patients both in-office and virtually across the nation. This includes our Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants among others. You will own searches for markets across the country, implement strategies to problem solve, and develop a strong candidate pool through creative sourcing techniques. You will have autonomy and ownership over all things top of funnel including developing and driving the talent strategy, using data to continuously improve and partnering with your Recruiting Business Partner to identify the right talent.
