Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

Under the direction of the General Counsel, the Corporate Counsel will provide in-house legal support to the various business functions, providing legal guidance relating to the Company’s business activities. Responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating contractual agreements to support the business’s needs.

You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various documents, including contracts, related to, among other things, non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, marketing, products, and professional services.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives and ensure compliance with local and federal laws and regulations.
• Interprets laws and regulations and provides legal advice and counsel with the goal of ensuring organizational compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Researches and anticipates unique legal issues that could impact the company.
• Reviews advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements.

Education Requirements

• Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited school.
• Licensed to practice law from a State Bar Association.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

• Minimum Salary: $132,825

Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
