Helper

A Helper provides support to ensure smooth daily operations by assisting with routine tasks, maintaining work areas, handling materials, and supporting team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors and team members with daily tasks.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials or equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Help prepare tools, supplies, or documents required for operations.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform basic administrative or operational duties as assigned.
• Support customers or clients when required.
• Report issues, shortages, or equipment problems to supervisors.
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina for lifting, standing, or moving items (if applicable).
• Willingness to learn and take on various tasks.
