Warehouse Supervisor

What You’ll Do

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible in Overseeing and coordinating all daily warehousing activities (receiving, maintaining inventory, picking orders, delivering orders) concurretly with the necessary system transactions, attain 100% accuracy in inventory, zero reversal on SAP and comply customers QMS, EMS & Safety policies. Supervise warehouse personnel (hiring, training, coaching, assigning tasks, resolving issues). Support Manufacturing by delivering and providing accurate counts of parts as needed. Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counting.

• Coordinates with concerned department and agencies concerning shipping schedules of
• parts arrival or revisions on details.
• Informs and implementins changes in warehousing procedures in order to cope with current condition and customer requirement.
• Monitors and schedules warehouse staff activities and respective key result areas.
• Ensures accuracy of data encoded in SAP system.
• Reports to Logistic Manager/Asst. Manager if any problems were encountered, generate report and make counter measure if necessary.
• Perform all other tasks as required by superiors that maybe assigned from time to time.
  
  
  

• With at least 5 years experience working in a warehouse environment supporting manufacturing.
• Must be a Customs Administration Management degree holder.
• Proficient in SAP and MS office Excel and Power.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Open minded and cooperative
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills preferred.
